   The policy is suitable for both businesses and consumers. Businesses can purchase cover through the website using the standard form.

3. Is there an excess on this policy?

   Yes the excess for this policy is as follows:
   - £100 during the first three months
   - £75 on all claims made between 3-6 months
   - £50 excess on all claims thereafter

4. What is the maximum value an iPhone can be insured for?

   iPhones can be insured for up to £600 in value (including VAT).

5. How do I make a claim?

   If your phone is stolen you should contact your network immediately. You will also need to contact the police and get a crime reference number, which you will need for your claims form. Claims should be made within 48 hours of discovery, or within 48 hours of returning to the UK if the incident occurs abroad.
